Coach John leads the Brooklyn training sessions for this group that raises money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

BRICK SESSIONS in Prospect Park
(starting in May)
Thursday evenings from 645-815pm just inside the 15th St entrance.
Coach John leads group bike/run workouts that improve race performance by focusing on:
1 - cycling and running skills and pacing
2 - raising lactate threshold (LT)
3 - raising VO2max
Have a great workout, with someone there to watch your stuff.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

EVENT/SEASON TRAINING PROGRAMS
Our coaches work with you do develop a program that has you fulfill your race goals. It is tailored to your current ability level and your varied schedule. You have an online training log into which you can enter data from virtually any training device. Your program includes unlimited email and cell phone communication with your coach.

In cooperation with the Brooklyn Triathlon Club, Race Day offers coached programs for $125/month (four month minimum commitment). Contact John for more information. Please visit the BTC website www.brooklyntri.org

1-on-1 COACHING
Swim Sesson Cost: $100/hr, $90/hr(10 session package) - this includes club entry at the location below.
Video Session: $150 for swim or run analysis. Swim video is both above and below the surface.

SWIM Coaching Schedule:
Berkeley Carroll School fitness center (Park Slope, President St between 6th/7th Aves)
Tue, Wed, Thu mornings from 7-830AM
Tue and Thu evenings from 6-815PM.

BIKE and RUN Coaching is done in Prospect Park or as determined with your coach. These do not get the attention swimming does, but that's a shame since form is also critical here.
