ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS |
Our coaches work with you do develop a program that has you fulfill your race goals. It is tailored to your current ability level and your varied schedule. You have an online training log into which you can enter data from virtually any training device. Your program includes unlimited email and cell phone communication with your coach.
For 2007, in cooperation with the Brooklyn Triathlon Club, Race Day is offering two levels of coached programs for $100 and $150 (four month minimum commitment).

SWIM Coaching Schedule:
Brooklyn (Park Slope, President between 6th/7th Aves) most Tues-Fri mornings from 730-830AM
Manhattan (14th & 1st Ave) on Monday mornings from 700-800AM and Friday afternoons from 200-330PM.
Evenings are sometimes available in Brooklyn between 600-815PM.
BIKE and RUN Coaching is done in Central and Prospect Parks or as determined with your coach. These do not get the attention swimming does, but that's a shame since form is also critical here.
STRENGTH TRAINING is crucial to develop connective tissue strength as well as sheer power. Training is available on Mon, Wed, and Fri, generally between 9AM-2PM in Manhattan (14th & 1st Ave). A wide range of Brooklyn appointments are available and scheduled upon request.
